Delete your data

CubeCrate: Skins for Minecraft has no accounts, and your skins and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting them takes a few seconds and does not need our help.

Delete everything in the app

Open CubeCrate and go to Settings.
Tap Delete all my data and confirm.

This removes all skins, edit history, saved versions, colours and settings, including your age group, and returns the app to its first-launch state. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.

Files you exported earlier (images, skin packs or backups saved to your phone or shared with others) are not inside the app, so delete them where you saved them.

Advertising data

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Usage statistics and crash reports

Delete all my data also resets the app's analytics ID, stops usage statistics and deletes any crash reports not yet sent. Statistics already collected are anonymous and can't be linked back to you, and are deleted automatically after 14 months (crash reports after 90 days).

Subscriptions

Deleting app data does not cancel Premium. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
