My skin doesn't appear in Minecraft

Close Minecraft completely and open it again. Then go to Dressing Room → Classic Skins and scroll to the bottom: your pack is listed by its name.

My friends can't see my skin

Some servers and Realms only show skins from the Marketplace ("trusted skins only"). In your own worlds and on servers that allow custom skins, everyone sees it.

The arms look wrong

Skins have two arm styles: classic (4 pixels wide) and slim (3 pixels). Open the skin, change Arm style in the editor, and install it again.

My skin looks blurry after I sent it

Chat apps shrink images sent as photos. Use Share file or Save image, which keep every pixel exact.

Using Import skin instead of a pack

Tap Save image, then in Minecraft go to Dressing Room → Classic Skins → Owned → Import → Choose new skin, and pick the image.
