Delete your data

GTA 6 Companion has no accounts. It uses an anonymous ID, and you can delete everything linked to it yourself, in a few seconds.

Delete everything in the app

Open GTA 6 Companion and go to More.
Tap Delete my data, then Delete all my data, and confirm.

This immediately deletes from our server your anonymous ID, language, time zone, app version, push notification token, notification choices and cloud-synced progress. On your phone it deletes your collected places, checklist, favourites, filters, settings, the offline map and cached content, and resets your ad consent choices. The app then restarts like a new install.

Uninstalling the app deletes everything on your phone. Data on our server that is no longer used is not linked to you in any way, but to remove it immediately please use the button above before uninstalling, or write to us.

If you no longer have the app

Email contact@magnate.dev with the subject “Delete my data”. If you can, include the Support ID shown under More → About, or the Google Play order number of a purchase, so we can find the data. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What we keep

Records of purchases (product, date, status and Google Play order number) are kept as long as required for accounting and tax, no longer linked to your anonymous ID.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel Premium. Cancel it in Google Play: profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GTA 6 Companion. Your purchases stay with your Google account and can be restored later.

Advertising data

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
