Community Guidelines
The short version: share cards you made, be kind, keep personal details private. Every post is
checked by a moderator before anyone else sees it.
Who can post
Anyone aged 13 or over can post after signing in with Apple or Google and choosing a public handle. Younger users can browse approved posts and report anything that worries them, but can't post, like or create an account.
What you can post
- Cards you created in FC Card Creator.
- Photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to be on your card. If they're under 18, only with their parent's or guardian's permission.
- A short caption about your card.
What's not allowed
- Nudity, sexual content, violence, gore, or anything illegal.
- Hate, harassment, bullying, threats, or mocking real people.
- Personal information: phone numbers, addresses, school names, social media handles or links. Captions can't contain links.
- Pretending to be someone else, including real footballers, clubs or this app's team.
- Club or league logos, official game artwork, or other content you don't have the rights to.
- Spam, advertising, or the same card posted over and over.
How moderation works
- Every post waits for review and appears only after a moderator approves it. You can see its status in My posts; if it isn't approved, we tell you why.
- Anyone can report a post from its page. Reports are reviewed, usually within 24 hours. A post reported by several people is hidden until it's reviewed.
- You can block an account: you won't see its posts any more, and it isn't told.
- Breaking these rules can get a post removed or an account banned. Banned accounts can't post, and their posts are taken down.
Your posts, your choice
You can delete any of your posts at any time from the app. Delete my data in Settings removes your community account and all your posts. To report something urgent or ask about a decision, email [email protected].
