Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-04

These terms apply to the FC Card Creator app made by MAGNATE Inc. By using the app you agree to them.

What the app is

FC Card Creator lets you design your own football player cards for fun. It's an unofficial fan app, not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS FC, FIFA, or any league or club. All card designs in the app are original.

Your content

• You own the photos and cards you make. Only use photos you have the right to use, and don't upload pictures of other people without their permission.
• Don't use club logos, league logos or other trademarks you don't have rights to.
• If you post to the community, you give us permission to show that card to other users in the app. You can delete your posts at any time.

Community rules

No nudity or sexual content, hate, harassment, bullying, violence, personal information, spam or anything illegal. Reported content is reviewed, usually within 24 hours, and may be removed. Accounts that break these rules can be banned. You can report posts and block users in the app. The full rules are in our Community Guidelines.

Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is taken by Apple or Google when the trial ends and on each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Use Restore purchases in Settings to get Premium back on a new phone.

Ads

The free version includes ads. Please don't click ads you aren't interested in.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data.
