The background didn't come off my photo

Background removal works best with one person clearly visible against a plain background. On Android, the first time you use it your phone may need a minute to download the feature from Google Play services; try again shortly. You can always use the photo as it is and drag, pinch or rotate it on the card.

How do I save or share my card?

Open the card and tap the share icon next to Done. Choose Save to add it to your photos, Share to send it, or create a walkout video for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.

How is the overall rating calculated?

Automatically from your stats, weighted by position. For example, shooting counts a lot for a striker and not at all for a centre-back.

I bought Premium on another phone

Go to Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel Premium?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
